By accessing or using our website or services, you are agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions outlined here. These include provisions related to access to our site, usage of our content, and purchasing products. These terms are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our users. Purpose and Scope:

Radiant Minds Wellbeing Centre aims to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children’s physical, emotional, and social development.

These terms and conditions apply to all parents, guardians, and children utilising our services.

Enrolment and Registration:​

Parents or guardians must complete the registration process, providing accurate information about the child’s health, allergies, and emergency contacts.

Once you register for an event, the registration fee is non-refundable.
-
However, based on the circumstance and at the discretion of Radiant Minds, the event fee could be transferred or exchanged for a future event.

Registrations are only valid for the event, event date, and time you have registered as described. We do not provide a refund or exchange for change of mind purposes (Including, for example, where a participant does not like other participants in a specific group).

Radiant Minds Wellbeing Centre reserves the right to deny enrolment based on capacity or other relevant factors.

Workshop date and time:
-
The workshop day and time will be initially announced (for example, Tuesday at 4.30pm). Once there is the minimum number of required participants, we will announce the specific date the event will commence and communicate it to all registered participants (for example, Tuesday 20 June at 4.30pm).

By registering your interest, you agree to start the workshop on the announced commencement date.

Failure to start on this date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Health and Safety:
-
Children must be up-to-date with vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses. Children exhibiting symptoms of contagious illnesses should not attend the centre and should only return after a specified period or with a doctor’s clearance.

Parents must inform the centre of any health conditions, allergies, or medications.
-
The centre follows strict hygiene practices, including regular handwashing, sanitization, and cleaning of workshop areas.

In the event of an accident, staff will administer first aid and contact the parent or guardian immediately.

Supervision and Security:

Trained staff will supervise children during their time at the workshops. However, families must be on time to collect children as supervision becomes the responsibility of the families outside the running time of the class.

Parents or authorized guardians must sign children in and out during drop-off and pick-up.

Unauthorized individuals will not be allowed to collect children without prior consent.

Behaviour and Discipline:

Children are expected to treat others with kindness and respect.
-
The centre promotes positive behaviour reinforcement rather than punitive measures.

Parents will be informed of any behavioural concerns promptly.

Bullying Policy:

Radiant Minds Wellbeing Centre has a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying.
-
Bullying includes verbal, physical, and cyberbullying, as well as exclusion and other forms of aggressive behavior.

Children and parents are encouraged to report any incidents of bullying immediately.

All reports of bullying will be taken seriously, investigated promptly, and appropriate action will be taken, which may include counseling, parent meetings, or suspension from the centre.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

Personal information provided during registration will be kept confidential.

Photos or videos of children will only be used with parental consent.

Fees and Payments:
-
Cancellations: A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to register your interest in the event. This deposit secures the participant’s spot in the next upcoming event.

Upon announcement of the event commencement date, the remaining balance of the workshop fee is due by the first session.

Weekly payment plan can be arranged for our Radiant Minds 8 weeks programs, in which case you can make the payments at each weekly session.

Please note that if you choose the weekly payment option and decide to cancel partway through the program, you will still be responsible for paying the remaining balance of the total program fee.

All cancellations should be notified at least 1 week in advance, settle any outstanding payments, and a credit note will be issued for any unused fees

Parents must pay all fees and charges applicable to and arising from the enrolment promptly according to the agreed schedule.

The deposit is non-refundable, and no refunds will be given if your child is unable to attend due to ill health, if an incident or event is outside of Radiant Minds Wellbeing Centre’s control, or if for any reason your child declines to attend all or part of the workshop.

Cancellations:

There may be unavoidable changes or cancellations of some workshops. We will use our best endeavours to inform all families of any changes in advance. Please ensure that we have up-to-date contact details so that we can reach you.

All permanent cancellations by the participant should be notified at least 1 week in advance; a credit note will be issued for the remaining fees.

In the event Radiant Minds cancels an event, we will refund you the fees paid in relation to the event or event day.

The centre reserves the right to terminate services due to non-compliance with these terms or other valid reasons.

Damage to Property and Injury:

Parents will be held financially responsible for any deliberate damage caused by their children to the centre’s property. The centre will assess the damage and provide an invoice for repair or replacement costs.

Participating in Radiant Minds Wellbeing workshops is entirely at his/her/our/your own risk. While all precautions are taken to ensure the safety of those attending the workshops and while every care will be exercised, the staff are not liable in any way for any accident or for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by any person or persons arising out of participation in any activity in a workshop or in any way whatsoever which does not arise from any negligent act or omission of its employees.

Emergency Procedures:

The centre has emergency evacuation plans and procedures.

Parents will be notified immediately in case of accidents or emergencies.

Child Safe Policy:

All staff are trained in child protection and mandatory reporting procedures.

There is a strict code of conduct for staff, volunteers, and visitors to ensure the safety and well-being of children.

Any concerns about child safety will be reported to the appropriate authorities immediately.

Feedback and Communication:

Parents are encouraged to provide feedback and communicate openly with Radiant Minds Wellbeing Centre.
